Changes

• Adds offline CDN and popularity classification using target DNS, exact candidate-IP responses, HTTP evidence, and embedded minimal snapshots; scans do not call third-party detection or ranking APIs.
• Adds an embedded CrUX global Top 100k snapshot for exact-hostname popularity signals. Expired snapshot misses become unknown, so stale data cannot earn no-CDN or not-popular points.
• Strengthens CDN evidence across CNAME, candidate IP ranges, and HTTP response headers, while retaining evidence from failed verification rounds.
• Adds THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md with embedded-data provenance, versions, transformations, and the CrUX data license; it is included with release assets.
• Adds guidance to run scans on the server where Reality will be deployed, so results reflect that server's egress route and network conditions.

• 內建 CrUX 全球 Top 100k 快照，用於精確 hostname 的熱門度訊號。快照過期後，未命中會退回未知，不會以過期資料取得無 CDN 或非熱門分數。
• 強化 CNAME、候選 IP 網段與 HTTP 回應標頭的 CDN 證據整合，並保留驗證失敗輪次所取得的 CDN 證據。
• 新增 THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md，記錄內建資料的來源、版本、轉換與 CrUX 資料授權，並隨 Release 一併提供。
• 加入建議：應在實際部署 Reality 的伺服器上執行掃描，使結果反映該伺服器的出口路由與網絡環境。
