Sync with upstream OpenClaw v2026.3.28

Changes

  • MiniMax: Legacy models removed, only M2.7 + image-01 retained
  • Memory: memoryFlush now managed by memory-core plugin; removed deprecated prompt/systemPrompt from config
  • TTS: Migrated provider config from tts.<provider> to tts.providers.<provider> (v2026.3.28 new structure)
  • Perplexity: Migrated search config from tools.web.search.perplexity to plugins.entries.perplexity.config
  • Plugin hooks: requireApproval for before_tool_call (Telegram/Discord/CLI approval)
  • Config template: Updated MiniMax provider example, added plugin hook comments
