Claude Graft 1.0.2

Fixes an update that could install but never start.

Sparkle brings a new version up by asking the running one to terminate. Claude
Graft refuses a terminate it did not ask for — that is what makes ⌘Q close the
window instead of stopping the menu bar item — and it was refusing Sparkle too.
The update went in, the old copy kept running, and the window was put away on
the way past, which looked like the app quitting itself and leaving only the
menu bar. It also recorded the window as deliberately closed, so later launches
came up with no window at all.

If that happened to you, this version fixes it and the window comes back.

Updates are no longer downloaded and installed on their own, either. A version
found in the background now shows up as a line in the menu bar dropdown, and
installs when you press it. Sparkle's panel still has the checkbox if you would
rather it happened by itself.
