- Fix: np.percentile and np.quantile silently ignored the method
kwarg and returned the linear-method result. lower, higher,
nearest and midpoint are now lifted exactly; the remaining
Hyndman-Fan methods and stray kwargs refuse with a stated reason. - No other changes.
