Twitch accounts on the older Android login no longer sit idle when their token can't be refreshed.

- Android-login Twitch accounts keep mining when refresh is refused. Twitch now rejects token refreshes for the older Android login, so an account whose token had passed its expiry time went idle at every restart even though the token still worked. GrubDrops now checks the token with Twitch first and keeps using it while it's valid. A token that has really died still shows the account as needing re-auth.
