Add copilot instructions and improve file handling logic

- Created a new documentation file for Copilot instructions detailing project overview, architecture, build, and run processes.
- Updated `Main.kt` to ensure the working directory is created if it does not exist.
- Refined `FileUtils.kt` to improve the file path trimming logic.
