SLR and Bias Correction Fix

This release includes corrections to the slr.py and bias_correction.py scripts for proper handling of scPDSI predictors that have lower temporal data availability.

Initial Release of PALEO-RECON

This is the initial release of PALEO-RECON. It includes all the necessary code to develop paleo reconstructions of hydroclimatologic data using Stepwise Linear Regression. This tool was introduced in the study "Extraordinary 21st Century Drought in the Po River Basin (Italy)".
