Standalone build of f29b536.

plottimeseries.cjs runs on any stable Node.js: node plottimeseries.cjs data.csv > report.html.

The per-platform archives hold that same plottimeseries.cjs, plus executables that need nothing installed at all: plottimeseries, which embeds Node.js, and plottimeseries-compiled, the same program compiled to native code by scriptc.
