Added

• --no-wait flag on open returns as soon as the editor starts, for editors that open their own
  window instead of taking over the terminal (see [#435])
• --update flag on done restamps an entry that already carries a @done time (see [#434])

Fixed

• done now finishes the most recent entry by date rather than the first one in the file, and
  leaves already-finished entries alone (see [#434])
• %note keeps the line breaks a note was written with; %chompnote collapses a note onto one
  line (see [#426])
• A clock-only range like --from "9am to 5pm" now stays on a single day instead of inverting into
  a multi-day span when the current time falls between its two ends (see [#439])
