v0.10.1 — Fix false-failure deploys for scheduled functions

What's fixed

This release works around a firebase-tools v15.x regression where production function deploys involving Pub/Sub-scheduled functions falsely reported failure even when the deploy succeeded.

Symptoms before this release

• ❌ `Error: There was an error deploying functions` (from `--json` mode coercing scheduler-verification warnings into JSON error objects with exit code 2)
• ❌ `Error: Unexpected end of JSON input` (from `JSON.parse` of `--debug` output after a fallback retry)

Fix

• Production function deploys (`deployProductionSite`) now skip `--json` mode and rely on firebase-tools' exit code instead of parsing stdout. A non-zero exit code still throws and fails the run; a zero exit synthesizes a `ProductionSuccessResult` matching the previous return shape.
• Preview channel deploys (`deployPreview`) are unaffected — they still use `--json` because they need to parse URLs and expireTime from the output.

What still works

• ✅ Real deploy failures (broken TS, bad auth, quota issues) still produce red ❌
• ✅ Preview channel PR comments unchanged
• ✅ Return type / public interface unchanged

Compatibility

Drop-in replacement. Consumers using `@v0` floating tag automatically pick up this fix; `@v0` has been force-moved to track this release.
