fix(keyring): use --updatedb instead of nonexistent --check-trustdb

pacman-key has no --check-trustdb flag; the call was returning exit 1
unconditionally, causing the module to report 'Trust database still
invalid after update' even when the trustdb was healthy. Replaces both
check sites with sudo pacman-key --updatedb, which is the supported
maintenance command and exits 0 on success.

Bumps version to 0.4.8.
