Upgrade note

.env may now set only SLACK_MCP_PERSONALITY and SLACK_MCP_NO_BROWSER. If .env sets any other key (tokens, host, port, proxy, data paths and so on) that your MCP client config does not already set, the server refuses to start and names the key. Move those settings into your MCP client config.
