v1.0.1 — Bricks Query Type Fix

Fix: Bricks Query Type not appearing in dropdown

Root cause: bricks/setup/control_options was being registered too late (inside init/plugins_loaded hooks). Bricks applies this filter during after_setup_theme.

Fix: Split Bricks integration into two phases:

• Phase 1: control_options filter registered at file-load time (before after_setup_theme)
• Phase 2: Runtime hooks (query/run, loop_object, etc.) registered on init

Also:

• Added Bricks diagnostic notice (visible when debug_mode is enabled)
• Removed non-existent bricks/query/controls hook
• Improved Bricks detection (constant, class, or theme name)
