Critical Fixes

• Fresh install fixed: Added legacy columns to CREATE TABLE schema so new installs work correctly
• Import/Export fixed: Replaced non-existent WooBooster_Rule_Model with WooBooster_Rule, now exports/imports conditions and actions
• Uninstall fixed: Now drops woobooster_rule_conditions and woobooster_rule_actions tables on uninstall
• include_children now works in queries: Passed to tax_query in WP_Query
• check_dependencies() fixed: Now actually prevents init when WooCommerce is missing

Logic Fixes

• Rule list table now queries actual conditions/actions tables (shows "+N" badges for multiple)
• Removed duplicate db_version update from migrate_tables()
• Removed dead code: $action_value_label, initAutocomplete(), initSourceToggle()

UI/CSS Fixes

• Add Action button now works correctly (JS createActionRow rewritten)
• Actions now support + Children checkbox
• Condition row inputs match action row compact padding
• .tablenav padding fixed to 0 20px
• Added missing .wb-hr and .wb-list CSS rules
• Fixed wb-btn--secondary → wb-btn--subtle
• Removed duplicate entries in $allowed_hooks
• Removed duplicate docblock
