Turn manhwa & webtoon chapters into narrated recap videos, fully automated.

• Two pipelines — Dialogue Recap (original speech bubbles, dialogue as audio) and Narrated Recap (AI-written YouTube-style narration over clean art panels)
• Vision pipeline — YOLOv8 panel detection, speech-bubble text extraction and removal, character casting via MyAnimeList or face scanning
• Multi-voice TTS — Edge TTS (free), Kokoro (local), or ElevenLabs, with Ken Burns animation, blur backgrounds, BGM and watermarks
• Batch mode — process dozens of chapters or a full series unattended, with live progress streaming
• One-command setup — ./setup.sh handles the venv, dependencies, and Ollama models; works fully offline with Ollama + Edge TTS
