Implement pure gesture recognition (tap, double-tap, horizontal/vertical
swipe, and long-press) and Pointer Events DOM binder for the minimalist UI:
- src/ui/gestures.js: export thresholds (TAP_MAX_PX=10, TAP_MAX_MS=500,
DOUBLE_TAP_MS=300, DOUBLE_TAP_MAX_PX=24, SWIPE_MIN_PX=48, SWIPE_MAX_MS=800,
SWIPE_AXIS_RATIO=1.5, LONG_PRESS_MS=500), classifyPointerGesture,
isLongPress, and attachGestures with timer cleanup and pointer capture - test/ui/gestures.test.js: 14 unit tests covering gesture classification,
boundary thresholds, long-press cancellation, double-tap deferral,
four-direction swipe dispatch, unbind timer/listener cleanup, and cancel
