Implement L2 Overflow Menu component per design specification
docs/design/2026-09-15-minimalist-player-redesign.md (§4.3, §4.3.1, §7.7):

• src/ui/components/overflow-menu.js: export RESET_STORE_NAMES with the
  verified 8-store list (roots, tracks, artwork, playlists, favorites,
  playHistory, playbackState, settings) omitting stations to preserve
  radio favorites (§4.3.1); implement createOverflowMenu() with 10 rows
  (Star, Shuffle, Repeat, Volume slider, Equalizer, Visualizer, Add folder,
  Rescan, Version notes, and Reset library) using double-coded bracketed
  state labels, SEC-06 zero inline handlers compliance, radio mode filtering,
  confirmation prompt gating, focus trapping, and opener focus restoration
• test/ui/overflow-menu.test.js: 14 unit tests verifying exports, store-name
  regression against db.js, row rendering, bracketed states, confirmation
  semantics, track and station star toggling, volume slider, shuffle/repeat
  cycling, action button callbacks, focusFirst(), Escape close, and Tab trap
