Fixes for Xcode 27.1 on macOS 27, where every host crashed at launch and app-hosted test bundles failed to load.

  • Hosts start with Xcode 27.1 on macOS 27. Every host crashed at launch: the runtime's infoDictionary swap handed back an immutable copy, and Foundation now writes into that dictionary when Metal looks up its plugin as the first window opens (-[_SwiftDeferredNSDictionary setObject:forKey:]: unrecognized selector). It hands back the bundle's own dictionary when no id changes, and a mutable copy when one does.
  • App-hosted test bundles load with Xcode 27.1. Xcode 27.1's libXCTestSwiftSupport links _Testing_Foundation, which xcodebuild doesn't open the app's sandbox to, so the test bundle failed to load ("file system sandbox blocked open()") and no host started. Slots now carry a copy in the app's Frameworks folder, with its symlinks followed, since the installer refuses a versioned framework's links.
