Introduce iOS support (#2)
This commit aims to introduce all the needed changes for libchewing to be used in an iOS application.
Additions:
- A build process is introduced that can produce an xcframework exposing the C API of the library
- A Swift package providing a pure Swift wrapper around the simplified C API
- A SwiftUI sample application demonstrating the use of the Swift package
- Made the compilation of the test_helper conditional based on BUILD_TESTING
