Some fixes for bitlocker related issues:
- Before attempting to extract bitlocker keys, check the bitlocker status for each volume instead of attempting to extract the keys right away. If bitlocker tools are found and multiple volumes are configured, this would lead to an useless WARNING breaking --strict mode if one of the volumes does not have bitlocker enabled.
- Return and catch exception if manage-bde.exe is missing on the system.
