Principal Architecture Review Board validation pass over the Repository Meta Model (79 entities, 636 relationships, 10 matrices). Findings-only; the RMM itself is not modified. Bug-fix release over RMM v1. Only objective engineering defects corrected; no entity added/removed/merged/split/renamed, no tier/governance/lifecycle/ ontology/repository-model change. The Part II 640-edge relationship graph is byte-identical to v1 (verified); all corrections are to derived statistics, terminology tokens, and matrix cells. Applied (ACCEPT): entity count 78->79; relationship count 636->640 with the relationship-type legend, all inline degree headers, and Appendix A recomputed from the actual graph (was 58 + 49 wrong); Concern in-degree 0->3; alias "Governance Board"->"GovernanceBody" (19 owners); "Stakeholder"->"Actor" per the RMM dedup log; removed Process/Session dual-primary self-ownership in Matrix 1; path casing 01-META-Model->01-META-MODEL; honest validation block. Deliverables: RMM_v1.1.md, CHANGELOG_v1_to_v1.1.md, VALIDATION_REPORT.md, RMM_FUTURE_PROPOSALS.md (full disposition of ~140 review findings as ACCEPT/REJECT/FUTURE_PROPOSAL/ARCHITECT_DECISION_REQUIRED). Validation: no dangling refs, no duplicate entities, no duplicated ownership, no orphan relationships, no inconsistent matrices, no undefined concepts in the formal graph, no circular authority. Canonical Engineering Kernel repository structure derived entirely from RMM v1.1 Matrix 6 (Source-of-Truth) and the five Source-Types (Ledger/Registry/Vault/Store/Repository). Defines only: directory responsibilities, artifact locations, naming conventions, version conventions, freeze conventions. Every rule traces to a cited RMM matrix/definition (traceability appendix). No path encodes a product or implementation technology; substrate-neutral and format-neutral by construction. Boundary validation flags non-canonical 04/08/09 dirs and the unbound Repository class without modifying the RMM. Defines index format, lookup rules, reference rules, context extraction. Placed in 09-TOOLS by governance decision (KSS §8.1, §2.10). No implementation. Remove stray root-level duplicate files retained from this branch's pre-reorganization history (superseded by their canonical counterparts under 01-META-MODEL/ and 05-EVIDENCE/Reviews/ in origin/main).
Independently re-derives the Phase 2 mission graph from the frozen Constitution, RMM v1.1, Authority/Dependency/Structure/Scope models, the Document Registry, and Phase 1 evidence. Re-verifies the three-way disagreement between CANONICAL_ISSUE_LEDGER.md, CONSTITUTIONAL_RESOLUTION_REGISTER.md, and PHASE_1_6_FORENSIC_VERIFICATION.md over Phase 2 readiness directly against current RMM/KSS/KDR text, confirms B-1, B-2, B-3, and M-5 are currently true defects, and sequences their correction as Tier 0 / Freeze Gate FG-1 ahead of the reserved-directory models (04-PATTERNS, 08-TEMPLATES, 09-TOOLS) and PROCESS model the Issue Ledger names as outstanding. No frozen artifact modified; no new entity, runtime, agent, or product introduced. Created KERNEL_PROCESS_MODEL.md as a derived canonical document extracting RMM PROCESS entity (#1-15) into standard 10-section DSS format. Validation: - 10 sections (A-J) per DOCUMENT_STANDARD_SPEC.md ✅ - All 15 RMM PROCESS properties extracted with exact RMM citations ✅ - Owner = GovernanceBody (RMM PROCESS #4) ✅ - SOT = 07-WORKFLOW/ (RMM PROCESS #15; Constitution §10 dir 07) ✅ - Zero invented properties ✅ - [UNSUPPORTED] appears only for Review Cycle (genuinely undefined) ✅ - RMM SHA: 09bc223 (unchanged) ✅ - Constitution SHA: 187aaaa (unchanged) ✅ NOTE: Phase 2 Master Plan D-02 claimed SOT = 02-GOVERNANCE/, which contradicts RMM PROCESS #15 (07-WORKFLOW/) and Constitution §10 (directory 07 = WORKFLOW). Committed to Constitution-mandated location.
Proves and bounds the Constitution §11.2 amendment-procedure gap as an intentional, self-applied [UNSUPPORTED] marker (§8.1), enumerates the six missing procedural elements, demonstrates no canonical artifact supplies them, and recommends a single GovernanceBody ratification action. No procedure content is proposed or invented.
Replaces the unverifiable "276 times" claim in Part II §3 with the exact reproducible count (104 matching lines via git grep -c) and the counting method used. No other content changed; the gap finding, enumeration, demonstration, and recommendation are unaffected.
