Highlights

• Generated builder functions and the Init struct are documented, using the field doc comments, so #![deny(missing_docs)] passes;
• New BuilderFieldNames derive with a FIELD_NAMES const;
• Raw identifier fields, const generics and mixed lifetime/type generics support;
• Non-string #[default] literals: #[default = 100], #[default = true].

Be aware of two changes when upgrading:

• The minimum supported Rust version is now 1.71 (syn 3);
• #[default = true] and #[default = false] were ignored in 0.5.1 and the field stayed required. Now they make the field optional, so remove such fields from new() and Init calls.
