New

  • Usage alerts: the notch warns you once when your 5-hour or weekly limit reaches 90%, and tells you once when it's back.
  • Swipe between tabs: swipe left or right with two fingers on the trackpad while the notch is open.
  • Seek: drag or click the song's progress bar to jump to any point.

Changed

  • Calmer tab switch animation.
  • Softer artwork glow around the notch.

Upgrading

Replace NotchRobot.app in /Applications. If you're coming from v2.1, also run ./install-hooks.sh from the zip.

Install: unzip, move NotchRobot.app to /Applications, run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/NotchRobot.app, then ./install-hooks.sh. Requires an Apple Silicon Mac on macOS 13 or later.
