smartmoney shares the 810-account roster poll with the insiders tab but ran inside fetch_all's shared 25s budget, so it timed out every bake and its records were discarded. It now runs sequentially right after insiders, reusing the warm memo with no extra network. Supersedes the reverted 0.8.9 approach.
