Gretel 0.2.0

Every screen now pages instead of scrolling, the way an e-reader does. Page with the buttons, a swipe, or your device's page keys.

Settings are reorganised so they fit a small screen, with a banner when Gretel is not your home app and a button that returns you to your chosen app. Double-Home timing and theme are now quick, normal, or relaxed and auto, white, or black on their own pages.

If your chosen app closes over and over, Gretel stops reopening it and explains why instead of looping. "Open after a restart" now detects a restart reliably, even if you unlock the device minutes later.
