MU1438 compiled installation components

Provides the baseline mu1438-cluster.jar and QNX 6.5 ARMv7 altscreen-sha256 executable requested in issue #1. Individual files, a combined archive, SHA256SUMS and a detailed source/build manifest are included. Binary source revision: 65434aa. Clean rebuild verification: every HMI JAR entry matches; the checksum executable is byte-identical. Host tests and clean prebuilt-only bundle generation passed.

Update your checkout, then run: python3 scripts/fetch-firmware.py; python3 scripts/fetch-prebuilt.py; python3 scripts/prepare-bundle.py --prebuilt. This path requires Python 3 and GitHub CLI (or manual archive downloads), not Docker, Java or a QNX SDK. See INSTALL for installation and rollback.

These are K3344/MU1438 baseline components, not a validated K3346 installation bundle. The K3346 gal.json difference has not been independently reviewed; current strict installer checks still reject it. Do not replace identity values or bypass hashes to force installation. Touchpad and route-metadata experiments are excluded. Fresh-car installation and K3346 vehicle testing remain outstanding.

MU1438 firmware build inputs

Build inputs for Nvidia Tegra MHI2_ER_AUG22_K3344 / MU1438: original dio_manager, gal, gal.json, lsd.jxe, and the converted stock HMI JAR. This is not a flash image or an install bundle. Download and verify with python3 scripts/fetch-firmware.py; see INSTALL for the remaining build steps. Archive and individual SHA-256 checksums are in mu1438-inputs.json. Published following the repository owner’s confirmation of redistribution permission. OEM notices remain intact; the project GPL license does not relicense these inputs. No credentials, FEC/VIN data, private captures, closed vendor packages or external SDK distributions are included.
