Cyclonminigen 1.1 (Build 19)

Cyclonminigen 1.1 is a maintenance source release for the native, local-first Ideogram 4 image
studio for Apple Silicon.

Highlights

• Corrected Regions caption construction so placed subjects form one continuous scene instead of
  duplicated panels, collages, or checkerboard-like layouts.
• Added practical Region coordinate entry, explicit Object/Text controls, bulk Object conversion,
  suspicious Text-region review, and safer keyboard/accessibility editing.
• Made empty-prompt Photo-to-image a direct img2img workflow that does not require loading a local
  assistant, and removed the accidental poster styling previously triggered by Text mode.
• Repaired the known inconsistent Gemma 3 12B 8-bit shard index at its pinned upstream revision with
  strict fail-closed validation.
• Hardened Magic Prompt repetition handling, refusal-frame detection, render cancellation, and
  cleanup behavior with focused regression coverage.
• Corrected Region canvas centering and kept long prompts in the normal single-row command bar.
• Updated the in-app Help and documentation screenshots for the 1.1/build-19 controls and behavior.
• Kept Gallery user-owned and empty on a fresh install: no generated images or Gallery index are
  distributed; the 176 bundled preview cards belong only to Library.

Requirements

• Apple Silicon Mac (arm64)
• macOS 14 or later
• Xcode with a Swift 6 toolchain for source builds
• 32 GB unified memory as the tested Ideogram rendering baseline
• Approximately 25.8 GB for the complete dual-CFG Ideogram checkpoint, with at least 40 GB free
  before the initial download for staging and safety headroom
• Additional memory and storage for optional local assistant models

Verification

The exact tagged source tree passed the complete hermetic CI lane, public-source and privacy scans,
strict asset provenance and rights checks, package-lock verification, localization checks, golden
fixtures, license checks, the app test suite, and all engine package tests with MLX Metal resources
present. Model-backed and packaged-app smoke checks were also completed locally on Apple Silicon.

Source-only distribution

This release intentionally contains source archives only. It does not include a prebuilt .app,
DMG, PKG, model weights, installer, or local QA artifacts. GitHub's automatic .zip and .tar.gz
archives are the only release assets.

The Cyclonminigen source code and first-party project assets are MIT-licensed. Ideogram and optional
assistant model weights are not included, are not covered by the project MIT license, and remain
subject to their publishers' separate terms. Cyclonminigen is an independent project and is not
affiliated with or endorsed by Ideogram.
