Enhancements
- Open today's personalized Must Reads from the navbar, with up to five stable picks, recommendation reasons, reading progress, and quick bookmarking on web, Chrome, and Edge.
- Track weekly reading progress, celebrate streak milestones, and jump from the streak panel to today's Must Reads.
- Switch between grid and compact list views beside Filters, with remembered choices across feeds, Read later, and Trending.
- Open the Dev Card creator directly in Chrome and Edge. Signup and Dev Card invitations now share session dismissal and respect onboarding and article dialogs.
- Access daily Must Reads through authorized MCP agents, and inspect readers' saved selections and reading status in admin.
- Find account details and reading activity more easily in admin, with linked personalization counts and collapsible preferences.
Fixes
- Keep navigation and article cards usable on narrow screens, with a stacked mobile header, direct bottom navigation, wrapping grid titles, and touch-sized bookmark controls.
- Scan compact lists more easily with single-line titles, aligned source and date columns, matching loading placeholders, and readable filter dropdowns.
- Load feeds and article previews with less startup JavaScript and image traffic. Hidden account tools and Dev Card artwork load when needed, while visible article covers receive priority and GitHub avatars use smaller images.
- Show directly opened articles before the background feed finishes loading, and keep previews usable if that feed is slow or fails.
- Improve accessible labels and headings in filters, date pickers, profile activity, and admin workload summaries. Keep keyboard focus inside article previews and preserve bookmark-button focus while saving.
- Continue loading My feed beyond the first 24 articles in visible Chrome and Edge tabs when the address bar retains focus.
- Keep topic and source follows consistent through concurrent updates, failed requests, and account changes.
- Show complete top-ten leaderboards when enough eligible public profiles exist, and show a separate personal ranking only when you are outside the listed readers.
- Hide admin profile and Dev Card sections until an account has a configured username.
- Reduce database work in search-index reconciliation and admin reporting, and keep topic editing and automated article review responsive as the catalog grows.
- Keep sign-in credentials out of request logs and browser diagnostics, record reader search clicks reliably, and reject malformed text and overflowing pagination inputs before database work.
- Keep article ingestion and previews responsive when publisher text contains malformed markup, and load smaller browser and extension icons.
