gohot version 1.0.0 officially released

• Fixed bug where build flags were being passed to go run command
• Fixed bug where args where being passed as command line arguments (naming was confusing) instead of being set as environment variables
• Renamed Args to Envs to better reflect the expectation
• All configuration items that can be multiples (Exts, Ignore, etc) are by default string slices, not comma delimited strings
• Add new field called Cli which is used to pass command line arguments to the go binary (this is useful if your program takes arguments)
