Update android compileSdk version and native dependencies

Issue

When building my app I see a warning saying that ably needs to change the compilleSdkVersion to 36. I also see that some deps are outdated.

Thanks a lot for reporting this! What version of the Flutter SDK are you using?

I'm currently using Flutter 3.35.4. other packages like shared_preferences and firebase ones are using compileSdkVersion 36 too.
