We need to ensure the Ruby lib is consistent with the agreed final spec

• Default token params
• clientId precedence when provided twice
• Support wildcard Auth#clientId
• Client library does not need to have REST limits
• API versioning to ensure future compatibility
• ProtocolMessage definition fix
• Implicit attach consistency
• Remove connect callback, not agreed
• Presence get spec defaults
• Clarification of meaning of null Auth#clientId
