EFL 1.28.99 for Haiku (package revision 11)

The Enlightenment Foundation Libraries as Haiku packages, for Haiku x86_64
(built on hrev60200).

Install

Install efl first, then terminology (from the Terminology release):

pkgman install ./efl-1.28.99-11-x86_64.hpkg

efl_devel is only needed to build applications against EFL.

What changed in revision 11

• sound: a flood of sounds, like a terminal ringing its bell for every BEL of
  a binary file, no longer slows the application to a crawl with hundreds of
  threads. Whether audio works is asked of the media server once, not for
  each sound, and at most eight sounds play at the same time.

Everything else is as in revision 10 (drag and drop onto the window).
