Haiku SDL2 Audio/Video Streamer with nebula opengl support.

Fixed in v1.0.2

Added "Open With" support. Now any media file can open hTV by just double clicking the file, once hTV is set as default for those media types in FileType preferences.
Added 1.05 pitch lock fix. Native Haiku mpv suffered from a pitch bug, and there was not way to fix this. hTV fixes the pitch bug and also gives the user an option to adjust the pitch if necessary with the "[ ]" hot keys.

Haiku Nightly, a Turing+ GPU supported Nvidia card, libglvnd-1.7.0-4-x86_64.hpkg and nebula-0.0.2-1.x86_64.hpkg.
