修复自包含安装包的运行时还原，以及慢机器上录屏启动期间的取消等待。0.2.0 / 0.2.1 未发布安装包，本次提供完整下载。 / Fixed runtime-pack restore and cancellation waits during recording startup on slower machines. The 0.2.0 and 0.2.1 builds did not produce releases; this version provides the complete downloads.
