New: stdin support (csvnorm -)

You can now pipe CSV data directly into csvnorm using - as input:

# Pipe from another command
cat data.csv | csvnorm -

# Chain with other tools
curl -s https://example.com/data.csv | csvnorm - -o clean.csv

# Use with process substitution
csvnorm - < data.csv

# Validate piped data
cat data.csv | csvnorm - --check

Works with all existing flags: -o, --check, --strict, --fix-mojibake, --skip-rows, -d, -k.

If no data is piped (stdin is a terminal), csvnorm shows a clear error message.
