Bug Fixes

  • Issue #26: remote URL inputs are now downloaded locally before processing so encoding detection/conversion matches local files and avoids DuckDB URL quirks.

Changes

  • Remote HTTP/HTTPS inputs always download to a temp file before validation/normalization.
  • --download-remote is deprecated (kept for compatibility).
