Work with an agent. Moonshift now includes a Model Context Protocol server. While the app is open, an AI agent can read a cover's lyrics, style and ABC score, change them, and render each revision as a new take: reharmonize a chorus, write a solo, adapt the words to a new style.

Connect Claude Code with:

claude mcp add --transport http moonshift http://127.0.0.1:8766/mcp

Settings › Agents shows the address. It only answers on your Mac.

  • A score edited by an agent is used as written; the Create screen offers the original back
  • Changes an agent makes show up in the app as they happen

Install: download Moonshift-1.1.0.dmg, open it, and drag Moonshift to Applications, replacing the old copy. Signed and notarized. Your models and covers are kept. Needs Apple Silicon and macOS 14 or later.
