TeraFly

TeraFly (Nat. Meth., 2016) is an extension of Vaa3D for real-time 3D-visualization and annotation of terabytes (and more) of multidimensional volumetric image. The tool is free and open-source, and you can find it within Vaa3D under Vaa3D Menu > Advanced > Big-Image-Data > TeraFly.

TeraFly is compatible with the images generated by TeraStitcher, provided that at least two resolutions have been produced (see the Merge step and the --resolutions option). Alternatively, you might have a look at our TeraConverter for generating the appropriate format suited for TeraFly.
