Updated all biome artifact scripts to use context. Removed timezone conversion Updated artifact dictionary, removing version and date and adding creation_date and last_update_date.

refactor biomes artifact to v2.
Backlight, DeviceSync, Notifications, NowPlaying, TextInputses, UserActMeta and Intents are tested and working fine. For the rest i couldn't find any test data
