fix(club): default formation when the save has too little match data

Late saves (a 2040 Hoffenheim one) give fmsave match rows for only 2 of 75 squad players, so the rebuilt
formation had 2 slots, /api/club refused it and My Club showed "not available". Fall back to 4-2-3-1 when
the minutes read don't cover ten outfield slots.
