In this release I have tried to fix up the NATURE fill so it blends better between routes, all routes in south-east kanto are safari trees, and all routes in north-west kanto have forest trees. Rocky NATURE is reserved for route 23 to pokemon league and the victory road. I merged a PR and did some bugfixes, especially to a large amount of sprites that had the wrong color bit mode to load, or needed binary transparency. THIS IS ONLY FOR GEN 1 GAMES, on GEN1RECOMP
