Mainly this build adds stability and crashfixes and an adaptive responsive animation interpolation

Added PR to fix some dll issue that was specific to steam. Thanks to @mailamea10 for finding it :)

Basically now more Skse menu framework dependent mods should work, including popular ones:

• Show player in inventory , and Immersive First Person View
• Fluid Motion - Skyrim Pathfinding and Animation Overhaul

Test focus areas: Try PVP and LAN , should have more more responsive movements of the players

As always, if F2 doesnt work, make sure you installed correctly, deployed plugins, or get ST Tweaks
