[v0.2.0] Plants are cool

• Add ability to append "?" to some commands to get what file name they would open. For example: ./note ?
• Add option to write to different note/idea files depending on the situation if an executable file .getdesc is created by the user
• Remove unnecessary use of /tmp folder from todo script
