[v0.2.1] Bug squashing

• Fix ./todo and ./qr not working correctly when the input contained '%'
• Ignore vim swap/undo files in ./pin and ./log
• ./log now ignores files in the logs/archived folder
• Improve compatibility in various environments
  • Auto-detach the image viewer program opened with ./qr when xdg-open is used
  • Use command -v instead of which for better program detection in ./qr
  • Use env bash to execute scripts for greater compatibility
