[v0.3.0] Science was magic

• Provide ability to set the default text editor
• nano is now the default text editor (vim is recommended)
• Provide ability to set the file extension for new notes
• More gracefully handle ambiguous task and log names
  • When trying to open a file, interactively prompt the user with up to 6 recent files
    Implementation note: This uses the select keyword, a handy bash feature, to provide the interactive prompt
  • When trying to print a file, print the directory name instead
• Fix ./qr not actually able to read from stdin
• ./task should now run faster on some filesystems
