Overview

This release transforms lua-resty-ngxstats into a production-ready NGINX metrics exporter with Prometheus format support, comprehensive testing, CI/CD, and complete documentation.

🚨 Breaking Changes

The /status endpoint now outputs Prometheus text format instead of JSON.
