Install: download the zip, extract it anywhere, then in chrome://extensions toggle Developer mode → Load unpacked → the extracted folder. Full walkthrough + update steps are in INSTALL.md inside the zip.

Update from an older release: extract the new zip to its own folder, remove the old copy on chrome://extensions, and Load unpacked the new folder.
