Added

• Added external_probe_tests diagnostics output with SNMP external probe OID detection and detected-probe value read checks.
• Added structured error reporting for external probe detect/read diagnostics.

Changed

• Detected external SNMP probe entities (snmp_external_*) are now enabled by default so they are immediately visible in Home Assistant.
• Includes Modbus TCP idle keep-open diagnostics against both short (3s) and configured polling interval idle windows.
