• Configurable SNMP UDP port (snmp_port) alongside configurable Modbus TCP port.
• Diagnostics now include snmp_port and continue to include integration_version.
• Regression tests for SNMP-port propagation in SNMP helper and diagnostics.

Changed

• SNMP metadata, external-probe detection, and external-probe reads now use the configured SNMP port instead of fixed UDP/161.
