fix: per-person honorifics actually apply

• Fixed a bug where configured Person Honorifics (Settings → Person Honorifics) were silently ignored — Nova fell back to the global default honorific for everyone instead of the person-specific one, because the saved setting wasn't being read back in the shape the code expected.
• Setup Doctor's "Person entities" check now correctly reports configured honorifics as resolved instead of showing OFF when they're genuinely set up.
